My work methods and ethics
In close coordination with your HR department as well as the management team, I orient myself to your mission, your company’ purpose and your objectives. Based on this, I create a training course that is tailored to the needs, requirements and everyday situations of your employees in terms of language, scope and methods.
My mission: Immediate integration of what has been learned into the daily work routine. In order to motivate the participants and to achieve sustainable transfer effectiveness, I rely on experiencial learning. In playful exercises, the team recognizes how they act together. Reflecting on our behavior in everyday work is thus made visible in a simple way, leading to higher productivity and a positive attitude towards other team members.
