In today's fast-paced, ever-changing world of work, outdated leadership styles are causing challenges for companies and employees.
Today's leaders need to be flexible, deal with uncertainty, and foster a culture of openness and collaboration. However, outdated leadership styles prevent them from being agile and innovative, leading to a lack of employee engagement and innovation.

The Inspiring Leaders Academy (ILA) offers a program designed to develop leadership skills for the hospitality industry and other service-oriented sectors. Over the course of a year, participants acquire practical skills to help them master the challenges of their industry with confidence and ensure sustainable success through excellent leadership.
